Privacy Policy

Protecting your data matters to us. This policy explains what data is processed when you visit this website. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP); where applicable we also observe the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Hosting

This website is hosted by HOSTINGER operations, UAB, Švitrigailos g. 34, LT-03230 Vilnius, Lithuania ("Hostinger"). The web server is located in a data centre in Germany and the site is delivered through Hostinger's content delivery network. A data processing agreement under Art. 9 FADP and Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hostinger (Data Processing Addendum).

Server log files

When you access this website, Hostinger automatically records technical data in log files: page requested, date and time, volume of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and IP address. This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is covered by our legitimate interest. The hosting provider deletes the log files automatically after a short period.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no marketing or analytics cookies and embeds no tracking services. No usage profiles are created.

Fonts

All fonts are served from our own server. Visiting this website establishes no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font service.

Contact form

If you write to us via the contact form, we process the details you provide (company, name, phone number, email address and message) solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. We do not pass this data to third parties without your consent.

Technically, a script on our web server at Hostinger receives your input and forwards it by email to our mailbox. Nothing is stored on the web server. To fend off automated submissions, an invisible form field is checked; no further analysis takes place.

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted no later than twelve months after they have been dealt with. If a contract is concluded, statutory retention obligations apply.

Email

Our mailboxes, including enquiries from the contact form, run on Google Workspace provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. A data processing agreement (Cloud Data Processing Addendum) is in place with Google; any transfer to third countries is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as recognised by the FDPIC.

Your rights

Within the scope of applicable law you have the right to

• request information about the data processed about you,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• request the deletion of your data,
• object to the processing,
• receive your data in a common format.
